Member Agreement

This user agreement is a contract between you and the Military Snacko Organization that governs your use of your Military Snacko Organization account and associated services. It applies to Military Snacko Organization unit accounts only. For an individual to open and use a Military Snacko Organization account you must be a resident of the United States or one of its territories and at least 18 years old. For a business to open and operate a Military Snacko Organization account, the business must be organized in, operating in, or resident of, the United States or one of its territories. By opening and using a Military Snacko Organization account, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this user agreement, so please read all of the terms and conditions carefully. We may amend this user agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. If we change the user agreement in a way that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we will provide you with 30 days’ prior notice by posting notice on the Policy Updates page of our website.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Member Agreement by this reference, further describes the collection and use of information on this Platform.
Additional information may be collected on Military Snacko Organization account holders including but not limited to:
- Information on a web form, add or update your account information, participate in community discussions, chats, or dispute resolutions, or when you otherwise correspond with us regarding Military Snacko Organization services.
- Standard web log data and anonymous information through our use of cookies and web beacons
- Information about your transactions and your activities such as your name, address, phone, email, date of birth and other similar information.
- Financial information, such as the full bank account numbers and/or credit card numbers that you link to your Military Snacko Organization account or give us when you use Military Snacko Organization services.
We may also collect information from or about you from other sources, such as through your contact with us, including our customer support team, your results when you respond to a survey, your interactions with members of the Military Snacko Organization corporate family or other companies (subject to their privacy policies and applicable law), and from other accounts we have reason to believe you control (whether in part or in whole). Additionally, for quality and training purposes or for its own protection, the Military Snacko Organization may monitor or record its telephone conversations with you or anyone acting on your behalf. By communicating with the Military Snacko Organization, you acknowledge that your communication may be overheard, monitored, or recorded without further notice or warning.
Liability and Claims
As a platform for Snacko operations we are not responsible for any interactions or disputes between any member or any unit they are affiliated with in any way. Any dues, invoices, bills, or other financial interactions orginating between members and unit snacko's are the sole responsibility of the Member and Snacko and will not hold responsibile nor bring any legal action against the Military Snacko Organization.
